We use high-precision Japanese and Swiss movements, depending on the collection, to ensure long-lasting accuracy and reliability for every timepiece.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US, while international orders may take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain, though we recommend removing them before swimming or showering.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do EliorWatches come with a warranty?
Yes, every purchase includes a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our mesh and link bands are designed for easy adjustment. We include a small adjustment tool with every order, or you can visit any local jeweler for a professional fit.
